Granny’s Cocoa Cream Pie



INGREDIENTS

4 eggs

300 g fresh cream

200 gr of chocolate

120 gr of sugar

1 shortcrust pastry


TIPS


- You can use 8 tartlet molds for an individual presentation.

- Serve with English sauce or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

- You can flavor your chocolate ganache with pistachios, nuts, red fruits...

- For decoration, think of chocolate shavings or simply fleur de sel.


PREPARATION

STEP 1

Line the inside of a pie pan with the dough.

Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for about 15 minutes.


STEP 2

Melt the chocolate over low heat.

Add the sugar, cream and eggs.


STEP 3

Pour the mixture over the pre-baked pie crust.

Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C (th.7).

Let cool before unmolding.
