Ingredients
1 kg strawberries
1 lemon
150 g powdered sugar
200 g creamy natural yogurt
500 g mascarpone
200 g whipped cream
400 g lady fingers
orange juice for dipping the ladyfingers (about 2 glasses)
Preparation
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stalk. Put about half of the strawberries in a bowl with the juice of the lemon and about half of the powdered sugar and blend with a hand blender. Slice the remaining strawberries and set aside.
- Cream together the natural yogurt, mascarpone and the remaining powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Now dip half of the ladyfingers briefly in the orange juice and place in a glass dish. Then cover with approx. ⅓ of the strawberry puree. Spread half of the strawberry slices on top and spread half of the mascarpone cream on top. Now repeat the whole process. Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the orange juice again and layer on top, drizzle with ⅓ of the strawberry puree, spread the remaining strawberry slices on top and cover everything with the remaining mascarpone cream. Spread the last third of the strawberry puree on top as a pattern. Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least an hour (but preferably a few hours).
