Ingredients
200 g + 100 g dark chocolate
300 g + 500 g whipped cream
200 g lady fingers
250 g cream quark
400 g heavy cream cheese
150 g sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
2 packets of cream stiffener
1 kg strawberries
Preparation

Divide 200 g of chocolate into pieces. Heat 300 g of cream, remove from heat. Dissolve chocolate in it while stirring. Line a square mold (approx. 28 x 28 cm) with ladyfingers. Pour chocolate cream evenly over it and chill for about 15 minutes.

Mix curd, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip 500 g cream until stiff. Let cream stiffener trickle in. Fold the cream into the cream cheese mixture and spread everything on the ladyfingers.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, divide 100 g of chocolate into pieces and melt in a hot water bath. Wash and clean strawberries, cut in half or quarters depending on size. Spread strawberries and chocolate on the cream cheese.

Serve immediately or chill again.
