Rotisserie Chicken and Stuffing Casserole



Ingredients

1 whole chicken to roast
A bowl with a capacity of
3/4 liter bowl with raisins
A bowl with a capacity of
1/4 liter bowl of dried pears
A bowl with a capacity of
1/4 liter capacity bowl with dried cherries
A bowl with a capacity of
1/4 liter bowl with orange blossom honey

Preparation

Wash the cavity of the chicken.
Stuff the cavity with fruit.
Paint the honey on the skin.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
place the chicken in an ovenproof dish.
roast in the oven at 200 degrees for 1.5 hours, basting often with the juice.
