8 slice(s) of breakfast bacon
2 pcs. Chicken breast fillets
2 pcs. Romaine lettuce
6 pcs. tomatoes
4 pcs. Hard boiled eggs
2 pcs. Avocados
Dressing
200 ml buttermilk
100 g blue cheese
juice of 1 lemon
Sea salt
Salt
pepper
Preparation
Roughly chop the bacon and fry it in a pan. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and fry them
in the same pan on both sides. Remove pan from heat and cover with aluminum foil.
For dressing, blend buttermilk, cheese and lemon juice and season with sea salt and pepper.
Clean and shred lettuce. Dice tomatoes. Peel and coarsely dice eggs. Cut avocados in half, remove stone, remove flesh from skin and cut into cubes. Cut chicken breasts into pieces. Arrange everything in bowls and drizzle with dressing.
