FIESTA MANGO QUINOA SALAD



Ingredients

450 g organic mango pieces

200 g spinach leaves

200 g Italian-style tomato cubes

400 g quinoa and cereals cooked with vegetables

2 tbsp. of red onions

3 tbsp. of aromatic herbs (parsley, basil)

Preparation

1.

Drain the spinach leaves well.

2.

Cut the pieces of mango in two and put them in a salad bowl.

3.

Add all the other ingredients, mix and serve chilled.
