Smoky Meatball Pasta Bake By My Fussy Eater



Ingredients

For 4 people

▢250 grams of Alpina "penne" pasta here, traditionally cooked for 10 minutes

▢12 frozen meatballs

▢1 brick of 20 cl of tomato coulis

▢1 large yellow onion

▢2 level teaspoons paprika

▢1 level teaspoon of salt

▢pepper

▢1 drizzle of olive oil

▢450 grams of water

Instructions

Finely chop the onion (Turbochef here).

Preheat the Cookéo, in "browning" mode.

When the Cookéo is ready, pour 1 drizzle of olive oil, add the onion and the meatballs. Brown while stirring gently for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the water in the microwave for 1.5 minutes.

Then add the pasta, the coulis, the paprika, the salt, the pepper, the hot water and mix gently. Start the "fast" cooking mode for 8 minutes.
