Ingredients
4 Toulouse sausages of 125gr each
350Gr of tagliatelle (fresh pasta) 2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
Thyme
Sprigs of parsley
Oil of live
A can of tomato pulp
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Preparation:
Peel and chop the onions. Cut the sausages into 3 cm pieces.
Put a large frying pan on high heat with a case of olive oil and brown the sausage pieces.
Remove them and put them on a plate, in the pan, instead, put the onions to sweat, crumbled thyme, the two crushed cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, paprika. Stir and add the tomato pulp, lower the heat and reduce. Cook the tagliatelle al-denté, reserve.
Add to the pan a little of the pasta cooking water, add the sausages and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the pasta and the parsley sprigs. Mix well. Serve hot.
