INGREDIENTS
175 g pasta
200 g minced meat
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
200 g tomato purée
4 tablespoons of olive oil
PREPARATION
Cook your spaghetti (see "cooking pasta").
Prepare the homemade bolognese.
Put the tomato puree, ground meat and 4 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan or saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and wash the onion and garlic. Chop the onion and crush the garlic.
After the 10 minutes, add the onion and garlic to the sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes. Don't forget to add salt and pepper.
When the sauce is ready, mix it with the pasta, with the heat turned off, but the pan still on the hot plate.
