Ingredients:
600g of ravioli without sauce (you can even make them yourself with this mushroom ravioli recipe)
600g of Bolognese
Grated cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a baking dish, line up a layer of ravioli.
2. Add some bolognese sauce
3. Add a thin layer of grated cheddar (or mozzarella) cheese.
4. Repeat steps 1 and 2: spread a new layer of ravioli, then add a layer of Bolognese.
5. Add a thick layer of cheddar or mozzarella cheese.
6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes at 200°C.
7. Remove dish from oven, remove foil and return to oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.
That's it! It's ready! All that's left to do is to cut out a good piece and enjoy it with your family!
