Korean Country Ribs



Ingredients


Prepare the ribs

Beef short ribs, boneless, 2 to 3 cm thick 2 kg

30 mL canola oil

Knorr® Professional Ultimate Gravy Mix 6 x 813 g 500 mL, prepared

BBQ or Teriyaki Sauce 125 mL

Spicy Chili Sauce 65 mL

Pear, grated 1 each

Ginger, peeled and sliced, 4 cm piece 1 each

Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation

Prepare ribs

Season ribs with salt and pepper. Brown in oil on all sides. Place the ribs in a pressure cooker, add the liquids, pear and ginger, and cook at high pressure for 50 minutes.

Finish the dish

Serve the ribs with additional sauce and roasted vegetables.
