Turkish Fried With Potatoes



Ingredients

800 g turkey fillet  

2 onions  

4 cloves of garlic  

250 g small mushrooms  

500 g carrots  

800 g potatoes  

5 tablespoons oil  

   salt, pepper, sweet and rose paprika  

2 tablespoons of liquid honey  

5 stalks marjoram  

Preparation

Wash meat, pat dry and cut into coarse pieces. Peel onions and garlic cloves. Cut onions into wedges and halve garlic cloves. Clean the mushrooms and wash them if necessary. Preheat oven (electric stove: 200 °C/fan: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Peel and wash the carrots and potatoes and cut them into pieces.

Mix prepared ingredients in a fat pan (deep baking tray) with oil, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. sweet paprika and 1⁄2-1 tsp. rose paprika. Pour 200 ml water. Cook in preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Drizzle with honey about 10 minutes before the end of cooking time.

Wash marjoram, shake dry, pluck and sprinkle on top. Serve with sour cream.
