Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Wash all the vegetables. Cut lettuce leaves into small pieces. Cut tomatoes into slices. Cut the cucumbers into small slices. Cut the cheese also a little small, so the flavor is distributed better. But you can also leave it as it is. Chop the onion small for steaming. My husband also likes to have a few extra onion slices spread throughout the Big Mac.
Prepare the dough
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top/bottom heat).
Mix the curd cheese with the grated cheese and the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
Take a normal baking tray and line it with baking paper.
Put the dough on it and spread it thinly.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the sauce
Mix well the mayonnaise with tomato paste, cucumber water, mustard with a whisk and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Feel free to add tomato paste, spices and cucumber water to taste.
Prepare the meat
Heat the pan with a little oil and sauté the onion pieces in it until translucent. Then take them out and put them aside.
Then add the minced meat to the pan and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and your own spice mix if needed.
Add the onions back in and mix together.
Top the Big Mac roll
Once the dough is done, let it cool for a bit. This is because it will still set a bit.
Then spread with the sauce. Save some for later. It's best not to spread it all the way to the edge, otherwise the filling will swell out quickly when you roll it up. Spread the minced meat over the sauce and top with the remaining ingredients as you like.
Since we like to eat a lot of sauce, we spread sauce on top at the end.
Roll up all ingredients
Now carefully roll everything up. I do this with the baking paper piece by piece. Roll up, lift up baking paper, roll up....
When you're done, either slice the roll or just cut it into 2-3 pieces and eat it as a proper Big Mac roll.
