FLUFFY DONUTS



Ingredients :

250 g flour
100 ml hot milk
20 g butter, room temperature
20 g sugar
10 g fresh yeast
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt


Preparation Soft and tasty doughnuts

Dissolve the sugar and fresh yeast in the milk.

Add the salt and sugar to the flour. Add the egg, the yeast dissolved in the milk and knead. When the dough forms, add the butter and continue kneading. Leave to rise for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 8 balls, cover them and let them rise for 30 minutes.

Roll the balls into thin strips and turn them over. Let them rise for 20 minutes.

Fry the doughnuts for 10-12 minutes, sprinkle with sugar and serve hot.
