Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

 


Ingredients

Servings: 8 

2 lbs ground turkey meat

1 cup milk

1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

2 eggs

1 tsp. salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

350 g Colby cheese, cut into small cubes

1/2 cup ketchup (optional)


Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, combine turkey, milk, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt and pepper. Gently stir in cheese cubes and shape mixture into a loaf. Place in loaf pan and drizzle with ketchup.

Bake for 1 hour, until internal temperature of meatloaf reaches 180°F (85°C).
