Spaghetti Salad Recipe

 


Ingredients

250 g pasta, (spaghetti, broken into three pieces)

4 egg(s), boiled and quartered

6 tomato(s), cut into quarters

200 g ham, cooked

For the marinade:

6 tablespoons oil

4 tablespoons vinegar

4 tablespoons lemon juice

4 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. sugar

salt

2 onion(s)

2 leek(s), thin


Preparation


Cook the spaghetti, rinse and put in a bowl.

Make a marinade with the spices. Dice onions and cut leeks into thin rings and add to marinade. Pour marinade over pasta but do not stir. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Before serving, fold in eggs, tomatoes and the chopped ham.
