Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers

 


Ingredients

2 nice peppers

50 g raw quinoa

70 g soy protein

parmesan cheese

tomato puree

1 onion

30 g kasha

Instructions

Cut the peppers in 2, remove the seeds and put them in the oven for about 20 minutes (180 degrees)


At the same time prepare the filling: Chop the onion finely and put it in a frying pan with a little oil. Add the tomato puree and the soy protein. 

Cook the quinoa and add it to the mixture along with the kasha. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix well.

Garnish the peppers and cover with parmesan cheese (optional) and put back in the oven for about 15 minutes (7/8 on the grill)
