Ingredients
75 g Brown cane sugar
3 Star anise
0,5 pods Vanilla
1 cardamom
1 stick Cinnamon (if not Sri Lankan or Indian cinnamon powder)
20 Timut berries (false pepper from the Himalayas)
25 cl water
fruit salad
2 Peaches or nectarines (ripe)
1 Banana
1 Kiwi
50 g Sultan raisins
25 g almonds
1 lemon juice
4 fresh mint leaves
15 cl orange juice (not in orange season)
Instructions
Infusions
Heat water, sugar and spices (coarsely broken). For the vanilla, open it in half and scrape out the seeds, put it in the infusion. Let it boil slowly, lower the heat and let it infuse for 20 minutes.

- Cut the fruits according to your desire and place them in an earthenware dish, pour the orange juice and the infused syrup (Be careful not to let it get hot so as not to damage the fruits).
- Let everything come to room temperature, add the fresh mint and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with almonds and sultanas.
