Condensed milk cake


Ingredients

 

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (400 gr)
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 gr of flour
  • 50 gr of butter
  • 1 sachet of yeast


Preparation

  • Step 1 - Soft condensed milk cakeIn a bowl, mix the eggs with the sweetened condensed milk. This may take a little while due to the dense consistency of the condensed milk.
  • Step 2 - Soft condensed milk cakeAdd the melted butter, then the flour and the yeast, and mix until the mixture is well blended.
  • Step 3 - Soft concentrated milk cakeBake for 50 minutes at 160°C. Check the cooking by pricking with a knife: the blade must come out clean and dry.
  • Step 4 - Soft condensed milk cakeAnd now your condensed milk cake is ready!
