Ingredients
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (400 gr)
- 4 eggs
- 120 gr of flour
- 50 gr of butter
- 1 sachet of yeast
Preparation
- Step 1 - Soft condensed milk cakeIn a bowl, mix the eggs with the sweetened condensed milk. This may take a little while due to the dense consistency of the condensed milk.
- Step 2 - Soft condensed milk cakeAdd the melted butter, then the flour and the yeast, and mix until the mixture is well blended.
- Step 3 - Soft concentrated milk cakeBake for 50 minutes at 160°C. Check the cooking by pricking with a knife: the blade must come out clean and dry.
- Step 4 - Soft condensed milk cakeAnd now your condensed milk cake is ready!
